The City of Quesnel's Chief Electoral Officer has released the official results of the November 19 Municipal Election. The final results, in order of votes received, are:

Of the 7,314 voters who were eligible to cast a ballot, 2,858 took advantage of that right, for a voter participation rate of 39.01%. Voter turnout was 47.42% in 2008 and 43.89% in 2005.
